Data Tracking + Reporting

When on a client account, there are two places you will be data tracking.

The first is whatever system the business owner has you using. Some use a CRM, others use a spreadsheet, but that will be your primary tracker that you will fill out daily.

The second is Align’s Internal Agent Data Tracker. In this document, each active agent on an account has their own individual tab. On Fridays (or Saturdays – whichever your last day of sales is for the week) you will be responsible for filling out this tracker with your sales numbers.
